When you contact me, I receive the information you send — typically your name, email, and a short description of your project. If we start a project together, I may also receive brand assets, raw footage, and reference material that you choose to share.

I use the information you share only to respond to your inquiry and to deliver the editing or motion work you've engaged me for. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use client footage to train third-party AI models.

Project files are stored in industry-standard cloud storage and are accessible only to me. Access is protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where supported by the provider.

Active project files are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable archival window afterwards in case revisions are requested. You can ask me to delete your assets at any time by emailing the address below.

I rely on a small set of well-known providers for email, cloud storage, video hosting (e.g. Gumlet), and website hosting. I'm happy to share the current list on request.

You can request a copy of the information I hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your data. Email me and I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
