Trust & Privacy

This page is maintained by Syncz Creative to answer common security and privacy questions about working with us. It describes our current practices in plain language and is not a third-party certification or independent audit.

What we collect

When you contact us, we receive the information you send — typically your name, email, and a short description of your project. If we start a project together, we may also receive brand assets, raw footage, and reference material that you choose to share.

How we use it

We use the information you share only to respond to your inquiry and to deliver the editing or motion work you've engaged us for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use client footage to train third-party AI models.

Storage and access

Project files are stored in industry-standard cloud storage and are accessible only to the Syncz Creative team members working on your project. Access is protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where supported by the provider.

Retention

Active project files are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable archival window afterwards in case revisions are requested. You can ask us to delete your assets at any time by emailing the address below.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of well-known providers for email, cloud storage, video hosting (e.g. Gumlet), and website hosting. We're happy to share the current list on request.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your data. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Reporting a security concern

If you believe you've found a security or privacy issue with our site or workflow, please email hello@synczcreative.com with details and we'll follow up.
